«Сьогодні в моїй творчості домінує пленерний живопис. Пленер для мене є призмою, крізь яку розвивається нове бачення, погляди та відчуття. Він дарує мені світло, колір, стан та натхнення творити. Нова подорож, оточення, створює свій неповторний вплив на художника. А значить і на його сприйняття реальності, і воно вже не є передачею дійсності, а є свободою форми, світла та матеріалу. Зважаючи на емоційне забарвлення, я шукаю нові засоби для передачі емоцій та вражень.
Світло – це основа , воно рухається по полотну , виявляє предмет, образ, наповнює картини глибиною та силою.
Світло – це те найголовніше, що мені хочеться подарувати людям через свої полотна.»
Народилася в Луцьку,18 грудня 1986 р. У 2002-2005 рр. навчалась в ДХСШ ім. Т.Г.Шевченка, відділення живопису.
У 2005 продовжила навчання у Національній академії образотворчого мистецтва та архітектури (НАОМА) , в майстерні професора В. Гуріна , яку закінчила в 2011 р.
З 2010 р. Оксана Свіжак член Національної Спілки Художників України. У 2010 р. стала лауреатом Державної премії ім. М . Дерегуса в галузі образотворчого мистецтва ( живопис, графіка).
З 2011 -2016 викладач Київського Національного Університету технології та дизайну, кафедра графічного дизайну.
В 2012р. заснувала приватну студію « Svizhak Studio»
Живе та працює в Києві. Веде активну творчу та виставкову діяльність. Учасник українських та міжнародних художніх пленерів, симпозіумів (Польща, Литва, Сербія, Молдова, Чехія, Словаччина, Україна) та виставок в Україні, Польщі, Литві, США, Канаді, Великобританії , Німеччині. Працює в сфері живопису та левкасу.

Became the winner of the State Prize. M. Deregus in the field of fine arts (painting, graphics).
From 2011 -2016 lecturer at the Kiev National University of Technology and Design, Department of Graphic Design.
In 2012 founded a private studio " Svizhak Studio
Lives and works in Kiev.
Conducts active creative and exhibition activities. Participant of Ukrainian and international art plein-airs, symposia (Poland, Lithuania, Serbia, Moldova, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine) and exhibitions in Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, USA, Canada, Great Britain, Germany. Works in the field of painting and levkas.
Works are kept in the Art Museum in Lutsk; Historical Archaeological Museum of the city Rzhyschev; in the Museum of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (Kiev); in the Art Museum in Ostroda, Poland; Lee Ko Jean Museum, Beijing; Adjara art museum, Batumi,Georgia. And also in private collections in Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, England, China, Serbia, USA, Canada.

“Today, plein-air painting dominates in my work. The open-air for me is a prism through which a new vision, views and sensations develop. He gives me light, color, condition and inspiration to create. The new journey, the environment, creates its unique influence on the artist. And that means on his perception of reality,
